When are the sessions?

Where is it held?
Our floral studio at 229 Locke Street South (side door)
What is included?
All floral design equipment, a flower bar of seasonal and locally grown flowers, vases, bud vases, boutonniere and cuff corsage materials, eco-friendly bouquet wraps. Drinks and snacks.
Also included is instruction on any skill you are interested in learning or developing! You can plan to learn something new each time, or to just spend some of the sessions practicing on your own, getting creative for fun, or creating a gift for someone.
Will everyone learn the same skill at a session?
Not necessarily! Our floral designer will offer individual guidance around the room depending on what a creator is making that day, and on what the creator asks to learn.
Who is it for?
All experience levels! It’s all about having the space and the access to flowers in order to enjoy and get creative. We can tailor individual skill development during each session.
What can I expect to leave with after a session?
The general amounts of florals per person that are included in a session are: 1 large wrapped bouquet or 2 small-medium wrapped bouquets; 1 medium centrepiece in a vase or 2 ikebana style small arrangements; 3 bud vase arrangements; 1 corsage or 2 boutonnieres, plus one other smaller item (small bouquet, another corsage/boutonniere, a bud vase).
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! As long as you leave with the general allotment of flowers we have planned per person, you can share them with a friend. We would only be able to teach one skill to the two of you, so please plan to come learn the same thing that day :). Just let us know beforehand if you plan to bring a friend by emailing info@floralandbrick.com.
Can I give this as a gift?
Yes! We can provide you with a beautiful gift certificate if you would like to gift this floral experience. Please email us at info@floralandbrick.com
What if I have to miss a session?
Please do your best to let us know at least 3 days before the session you will miss. We know that this won’t always be possible! Either way, you can attend a session in a later month to make up for the one you missed, or we will refund you for the session.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. We just ask that you cancel at least 3 days before any session.
